"I'm Aliyah and I was born in Staten Island, NY. My ethnicity is multicultural. I live in Brooklyn, NY and I live alone. I joined the military after High School in November of 1999. My release was in 2007 in the month of May. I served 14 months overseas during my time in the U.S Army. Two years ago, I discovered Housing Plus through another Veteran. At a valley point on my journey, it helped a lot, and I'm grateful for my journey with this program. I am learning and discovering a lot such as my strengths and interests. The list is still growing."
